How Do I Place An Order?
Initially our website will not have a direct shopping facility, but as business grows, it is my intention to introduce this option . Bespoke items and made to order things can be purchased via my Etsy shop which I use mainly as a payment channel at the moment.Pictures of my newest creations will be available on our New & News page. If you would like to purchase items that you have seen on my website, please get in touch. I will create a link for you to pay via my Etsy shop by credit or debit card or Paypal.
**From the 1st September 2018, our stock (with the exception of jewellery) will be available at Why Not? in North Berwick. Private jewellery parties are available on request - please message us for further information.

As the business grows, we may introduce the shopping facility but as so many of my handcrafts are totally unique, I like the personal contact with all my clients to ensure nothing but 100% total satisfaction.
What about Payment and Shipping?
Some items currently on my Etsy shop are despatched from the UK. The newest products are despatched from Hong Kong by regular air mail within 3 - 5 working days of order confirmation. For customised orders, completion and despatch time will be advised. Please indicate if you would like tracked delivery and I will notify you of the extra charges. I charge tracked post at cost price. All items are personally wrapped and packed in robust packaging.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
If your order fails to arrive, I will refund the cost of the item less the shipping cost via the Etsy shop. While I do my best to ensure your item does arrive, unless you have tracked delivery, there is a small possibility that the mail service fails us.
And Returns & Refunds?
I gladly accept returns and exchanges - just contact me within: 14 days of delivery & ship the item back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Unfortunately bespoke or customised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
