​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Initially our website will not have a direct shopping facility, but as business grows, it is my intention to introduce this option . Bespoke items and made to order things can be purchased via my  Etsy shop which I use mainly as a payment channel at the moment. Pictures of my newest creations will be available on  our New & News page. If you would like to purchase items that you have seen on my website, please get in touch. I will create a link for you to pay via my Etsy shop by credit or debit card or Paypal.

As the business grows, we may introduce the shopping facility but as so many of my handcrafts are totally unique, I like the personal contact with all my clients to ensure nothing but 100% total satisfaction.

 

What about Payment and Shipping?

 

Some items currently on my Etsy shop are despatched from the UK. The newest products are despatched from Hong Kong by Speedpost (& regular air mail once this is back in service) within 3 - 5 working days of order confirmation, dependent on the detail of each order. For customised orders, completion and despatch time will be advised. Please indicate if you would like  tracked delivery and I will notify you of the extra charges. I charge tracked post at cost price. All items are personally wrapped and packed in robust packaging. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

If your order fails to arrive, I will refund the cost of the item less the shipping cost via the Etsy shop. While I do my best to ensure your item does arrive, unless you have tracked delivery, there is a small possibility that the mail service fails us.

 

**COVID delivery delays (at the time of writing in December 2020)

Due to the current situation, air mail flights out of Hong Kong have been suspended due to a lack of available flights. They do offer their courier service Speedpost, which is more expensive than airmail, but it is fully trackable and I have used it a few times during the last few months. For customers with an Aramex Shop & Ship account, this has proved highly successful and costs of sending items to the Middle East have been on par with what regular airmail would be. Delivery times from Hong Kong or Shanghai to the Middle East are about 7 days.

And Returns & Refunds?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges - just contact me within: 14 days of delivery & ship the item back to me within: 30 days of delivery

 

I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

Unfortunately bespoke or customised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
